Arif signs Eu57m loan for real estate acquisition

Finnish real estate fund Arif I Ky has signed a Eu57m seven year credit facility to support its Eu100m acquisition of real estate assets from Varma Mutual Insurance Co.

Nordea was bookrunner for the facilities, with Sampo Bank joining as a mandated lead arranger.

Arif is owned by Helsinki-based Amplion Asset Management.
