Four banks sign Cargotec refinancing

Cargotec, the Finnish load handling firm, has completed a Eu300m five year revolving credit, led by SEB as co-ordinator, which carries a margin of 75bp.

Four banks, Danske Bank, Nordea, Pohjola and SEB, provided the facility equally.

The new deal replaces an existing loan of the same size that had been due to mature in May 2012. That line is undrawn.
