Spain’s Urbaser ups forward start by Eu100m

Spanish waste management firm Urbaser has increased a forward start facility by Eu100m to Eu750m after closing the deal oversubscribed this week.

The loan, launched at the beginning of November as a facility to extend a term loan due in May 2010 by two years, will be signed imminently. The forward start has proved popular and banks will be scaled back, despite the increase.
