Jonathan Pughe has been appointed head of EMEA loans syndicate at Royal Bank of Scotland. As part of the bank’s reshuffle of its loans team, Catherine Campbell has moved to non-investment grade syndicate under Eric Capp, global head of high-yield syndicate.
