Umicore signs €250m revolver

Belgian materials technology group Umicore has signed a new €250m revolving credit facility to replace a €280m deal signed in 2006 and maturing this year.

The new facility has a maturity of five years. It was increased from the launch amount of €200m to €250m following an oversubscription in syndication, but all tickets were still scaled back.

BNP Paribas Fortis and KBC Bank co-ordinated the deal as mandated lead arrangers. Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole, JP ...
