Infront wishes to avoid pricing setback

Infront has entered discussions with its lenders over the pricing of its new €300m debt package, which some say may be pushed to the wider end of guidance, due to unfavourable market conditions.

Leads for the Swiss sports marketing company expect the €70m term loan ‘A’ and the €30m revolver to be priced between 425bp and 450bp over Euribor. The €200m term loan ‘B’, meanwhile, should be offered between 450bp and 500bp over, with an original issue discount of 99.
