Montana Aerospace IPO covered on day one

Swiss-Austrian company Montana Aerospace made a flying start to its IPO on Tuesday, attracting enough investors to cover the transaction in the first few hours of book building.

The company will sell up to 20.95m shares on the SIX Swiss Stock Exchange at a price of Sfr24.15-Sfr25.65 each. The deal could be as large as Sfr506m ($553.7m), including a 15% greenshoe option.
