Pakuwon Jati builds dollar return

Indonesian property developer Pakuwon Jati returned to the offshore debt market this week after a four year hiatus, selling investors a $300m seven year bond.

The company last sold a dollar bond in February 2017— a $250m 5% 2024 trade. Pakuwon Jati is now trying to redeem the notes, which are callable at 102.5 this year.
