Green momentum continues in equity-linked with Audax convert

Audax Renovables, the Spanish renewable electricity producer, has become the latest European issuer to issue a green convertible bond, raising €125m.

The new five-year bond was launched after the market close on Wednesday evening.

BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs were global co-ordinators.

The bonds were priced at a 2.75% coupon and a 30% conversion premium — the cheapest end of the initial terms for investors.
