Royal Vopak raises $500m-equivalent US PPs

Royal Vopak, the Dutch oil and gas storage company, has sold $500m-equivalent in US private placements.

The transaction was initially marketed as a prospective deal in Australian dollars, Canadian dollars, euros and US dollars, but in the end was only priced in the latter pair.
