Eurofins Scientific banks €535m for Covid-19 testing

Eurofins Scientific, the French-listed bio-analytical testing company, completed a €535m capital raise on Monday night, to fund investments and capital needs for more Covid-19 testing.

Berenberg and Credit Suisse were the bookrunners on the deal, which was launched after a wall-crossing exercise.

The company originally set out to sell 900,000 new shares as part of the raise but grew the deal to 1m shares on the strength of demand.
