Britvic raises US PP with 'over £1bn' of appetite

Britvic, the UK soft drinks company that owns brands Robinsons, Tango and Purdey’s among others, has issued £150m-equivalent of US private placements in sterling and euros.

Rabobank and Santander arranged the transaction. A source close to the deal said order books had topped £1bn, which had predictably had an impact on the price.
