Alpha Bank hits the road for debut tier two

Alpha Bank announced plans for a new issue of tier two capital on Monday, as the bank looks make use of a favourable backdrop in the bond market and renewed investor interest in Greek assets.

Alpha Bank has commissioned CitiGoldman SachsHSBCJP Morgan and NatWest Markets to act as bookrunners for the transaction, while Alpha Finance will join as a co-lead manager.
