ING names new global acquisition finance head

ING has appointed Martjin Bruins as global lead of its structured acquisition finance unit, alongside his existing role as head of the unit in London for origination.

Bruins has been at ING since 1992, joining in Mexico, but has held several roles for the bank including running high yield capital markets. He became head of structured acquisition finance for CEE in 2007.

His new job will include managing the global structured and acquisition finance book ...
