OCI expands refi bond issue to $1.4bn

Dutch chemicals company OCI is issuing almost $1.4bn of senior secured notes to repay outstanding debt, with a long term aim of simplifying its capital structure and deleveraging.

OCI’s bond issue is split into €700m and $600m tranches, with the price talk for the euro tranche at 3.125% and for the dollar tranche at 5.25% on Friday afternoon. The bonds were due to be priced later that day.
