Pershing Square nabs $400m in bond private placement
Bill Ackman’s hedge fund management company Pershing Square Holdings has sold $400m worth of 20 year bonds to Guggenheim Partners Investment Management.
The unsecured bonds, which are set to mature in 2039, pay a coupon of 4.95%. The transaction is set to close on or around July 25, and the paper will be issued to institutional accounts managed by global asset manager Guggenheim.The notes will rank equally with ...
