SGX restructures, merging equity cash and derivatives

Singapore Exchange has unveiled a sweeping restructuring of its business as it seeks to grow across asset classes.

SGX is merging its fixed income, currencies and commodities units into one enlarged business. Its cash equities and equity derivatives businesses will also merge.
