JY Grandmark aims for up to $200m from IPO

Chinese property manager JY Grandmark Holdings is looking to raise up to $200m from an IPO in Hong Kong, according to a source close to the deal.

The issuer filed an application with the Hong Kong bourse on Tuesday, one of the first steps towards listing on the exchange. The number of shares to be floated and the timing of the transaction are yet to be determined, said the source.
