Spain’s ACS plans renewables IPO in autumn

Actividades de Construcción y Servicios, the Spanish building and services firm run by Florentino Perez, is seeking to list its renewable energy unit, Zero-E, as early as autumn 2019, according to two sources close to the transaction.

The company announced on April 12 that it would seek to set up a separate subsidiary for its renewables assets, managed by its Cobra unit.

According to a regulatory filing, Goldman Sachs, Natixis and Société Généralehave been mandated to run the deal, along with other banks.
