Tennet gets green bonds either side of curve

Tennet, the Dutch electricity transmission company and frequent green bond issuer, returned to the public bond market on Monday, after nearly a year away. It offered benchmark 11 and 20 year euro tranches.

The A3/A- rated issuer had brought a €500m green bond in October, as a three tranche US private placement, led by NatWest Markets and HSBC.

But its most recent public deal, and only other issue last year, was a €500m 10 year and €750m 16 year in May ...
