Law firm DWF trades up after historic listing
DWF has become the first UK law firm to list on the main market London Stock Exchange, after the company priced its £95m IPO at 122p a share on Monday.
Jefferies and Stifel were global co-ordinators on the IPO, which consisted of 61.5m new shares and 16.6m existing shares sold by DWF’s partners and its discretionary trusts.
