Hassan Allam preps listing in London and Eygpt

Hassan Allam, the Egyptian construction firm and utilities firm, intends to list shares on both the local Egyptian Exchange and in London through the sale of global depository receipts.

EFG Hermes and Renaissance Capital are acting as global coordinators on the sale. Arqaam Capital is a bookrunner 

The selling shareholders are the Hassan Allam family, which own an 86.2% stake of the company, and the International Finance Corporation (FC) which owns a 13.8% stake in the company.
