TCNS preps Rp11bn float, Lodha gets nod

Indian apparel maker TCNS Clothing is seeking up to Rp11.24bn ($163.9m) from a float of only secondary shares.

Left lead bank Kotak Mahindra Capital and bookrunning lead manager Citi will begin marketing the shares through an offer-for-sale from July 18 to July 20.

The listing comprises 15.7m secondary shares, partly provided by promoters Arvinder Singh Pasricha and Onkar Singh Pasricha. The stock is up for grabs ...
