HSBC hires for sponsors and leveraged finance

HSBC has hired two bankers, one from Credit Suisse and one from UBS, to strengthen its business with private equity firms and in offering leveraged financing.

It hired Credit Suisse’s Alexander Glawe as head of Norther Europe financial sponsors, reporting to Borja Azpilicueta, global head of financial sponsors, and to Nicolo Salsano, head of CIB Germany, who joins in October.
