Huifu eyes Square, PayPal as comparables for $244m IPO

Huifu Payment launched a HK$1.9bn ($244.1m) IPO in Hong Kong on Thursday, using Silicon Valley stalwarts Square and PayPal as benchmarks for valuations.

The Chinese online payments firm is offering 225.3m primary shares, or 18% of its enlarged share capital, in the float. The shares are being marketed at HK$6.50-HK$8.50 apiece, which will raise between HK$1.5bn-HK$1.9bn.
