Agile spin-off pockets $524m from Hong Kong listing

A-Living Services raised HK$4.1bn ($524.4m) from its IPO this week. It priced the deal below the midpoint of guidance, but it was well-received across all tranches.

A-Living, a spin-off from Hong Kong-listed Chinese property developer Agile Group Holdings, marketed 333.3m primary H-shares at HK$10.8 to HK$14.2 apiece. The issuer, the property management arm of Agile, offered 25% of its enlarged share capital in the listing.
