Gansu Bank covers $784m HK listing

Chinese regional lender Bank of Gansu Co has covered the books for its Hong Kong IPO, which could raise HK$6.1bn ($783.9m) at the top of guidance, according to a banker on the deal.

Leading the trade are sponsors and global co-ordinators BOC International, CCB International, CMB International and Huatai Financial Holdings. Guotai Junan Capital is also a sponsor, while Guotai Junan Securities is a global co-ordinator.
