Skanska takes out €200m green RCF with pricing benefit

Skanska, the Swedish construction and property development company that is a leader in green building, has signed a €200m green revolving facility with four of its relationship banks.

The club deal has four banks, all mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners: Crédit Agricole, Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (facility agent) and the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ.
