Colombia gets new DMO head

Colombia’s finance ministry has turned to a former employee to run the public credit office after the previous chief funding official resigned last week.

Luis Eduardo Arango Varón has taken over responsibility for the South American sovereign’s funding from Ana Milena López Rocha, said the finance ministry last Friday.

The ministry had no comment on López Rocha’s departure, but DCM bankers had said she had resigned earlier in the week.
