Crayon CEO looks ahead after “tough” IPO

Crayon Group, the Norwegian software management company, had to fight for investors' attention to get its Nkr650m IPO sold, its CEO Torgrim Takle said on Thursday.

The bookrunners, Carnegie and DNB Markets (global coordinators) and Danske Bank priced the deal on Tuesday at Nkr15.50 a share, the bottom of an initial range that went up to Nkr19. The top of the range was later lowered to Nkr16.
