Citi rewards corporate banker with markets promotion

Citi has promoted Cecile Ratcliffe to markets head of France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Heads of products in each country will work under Ratcliffe. She in turn will report to Leo Arduini and Conor Davis and will be based in Paris.
