V3 Group starts investor education for $400m listing

Singapore-based V3 Group has begun pre-marketing its Hong Kong IPO, which could raise as much as $400m, according to a banker close to the deal.

Joint sponsors BOC International, Credit Suisse and Jefferies will hold two weeks of investor education, after which the issuer’s management will hit the road to stir up interest in the IPO.
