Citi names Apac capital markets head as Poon exits

Citi is moving an experienced banker from London to take up one of its most senior capital markets positions in Asia Pacific.

Ashu Khullar, a 30-year veteran of the US bulge bracket firm, is set to replace Ken Poon in Hong Kong as head of capital markets origination for Asia Pacific following the latter’s resignation. A spokesperson confirmed the move on Monday.
