Ukraine’s Kernel in talks with banks about new loan

Grain and sunflower oil producer Kernel is in talks with international banks about coming to the market this year with a new syndicated loan.

The new facility will be used to refinance three loans the company took out last year, according to a banker who covers Ukrainian deals.
