Fresenius brings euros first M&A jumbo deal of the year

German healthcare group Fresenius brought euro corporate bond investors their first jumbo deal of the year on Tuesday as it financed its acquisition of Spanish hospital operator QuironSalud.

After running a six day roadshow last week, Fresenius announced a €2.6bn four tranche deal comprising expected €500m five year, €750m seven year, €750m 10 year and €300m 15 year tranches.
