EIB, Joint Laender reopen benchmark issuance in euros
A pair of issuers got oversubscribed deals away in euros on Thursday — becoming the first SSA borrowers to print conventional deals in benchmark size in the currency since yields hurtled downwards after the European Central Bank's announcement last week that it would buy SSA paper. The deals mark an important pricing point for other issuers looking at resuming issuance in dislocated markets.
