Kommunalbanken sold its second dollar benchmark of 2014 on Wednesday, a tightly priced two year that tapped into appetite at the short end from central banks and bank treasuries. Indications of interest were strong enough on Tuesday that the leads decided to set the spread immediately upon opening the book.
