Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden (FMO) made its second appearance in dollars on Tuesday with its first fixed rate deal in the currency. The issuer is expected to price a five year RegS deal this afternoon. Leads are hoping to stimulate demand for the paper by offering an enticing spread over a similar deal sold by France’s Cades in January.
