Dutch delight at $7bn book for second dollar outing
The Dutch State Treasury Agency (DSTA) returned to the dollar market for the second time ever on Wednesday with a blow-out three year deal. The deal showed that despite meagre yields and tight spreads short-dated maturities are open to the right credits.
