Citigroup Global Markets has hired two for its for its collateralized debt obligation business in London. Stephanie Mather, who previously was an associate director in CDO marketing at Bear Stearns, is joining Citigroup where she will report to Neil Servis, director in the European structured products group. Servis did not return a call. Also expected to join Citigroup and report to Servis is Andy Godson, a v.p. in structuring at Nomura Securities International. Jeremy Hughes, spokesman for Citi, confirmed Mather’s hire but could not provide information on Godson.
