Arthur Tetyevesky, senior v.p. in fixed-income and investment-grade credit strategist at Lehman Brothers, is joining HSBC Securities in New York in a similar role this week. An official at HSBC said the position is a new one for the firm and declined further comment. Tasha Pelio, spokeswoman for Lehman, declined comment, and Mike Guarnieri, head of credit research at Lehman, was traveling and did not return a call by press time. Tetyevesky was between jobs last week and could not be reached.
