INVESCO has hired Stuart Stanley, European high-yield fund manager atAXA Investment Managers in Paris, as European high-yield portfolio manager in London. He reports to Mark Dowding, head of global bonds in London.
Dowding said Stanley replaces Adam Cordery, who left for Schroder Investment Management at the end of last year. Dowding added one of the investment-grade analysts on the fixed-income team in London, Jane Wride, will be focusing exclusively on high yield going forward.
Andrew Wilmont, who joined AXA in London as a credit portfolio manager in March, has taken over responsibility for the European portion of AXA's Global High Income Fund, according to Samantha Yuide, spokeswoman.
