Abby Flamholz, head of convertible bond trading at Banc of America Securities in New York, has left the firm. When reached at home Flamholz confirmed her departure, but declined further comment. It could not be determined whether she has signed on with a competitor. Tara Burke, spokeswoman at BofA in New York, declined comment.
