Investors had their fun last week pretending to be Picabo Street on the almost two feet of fresh powder Mother Nature provided at the Bank of America ski conference in Utah. Those who had to stay behind were bitter they missed out on the good conditions Merrill Lynch's Jackson Hole conference some attended a few weeks earlier saw far less snow.
