Gianluca Lesina, director in equity derivative structured product sales to Italy at Credit Suisse in London, has left the firm. He reported to Vito Elia, co-head of fixed income and equity derivatives marketing for Italy. Elia and Amy Thompson, CS spokeswoman, declined comment on plans for his replacement.
