Fenner to join GE Capital as cap markets head
GE Capital has hired James Fenner as head of capital markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a newly-created position. Fenner, until now head of leveraged loan capital markets at Merrill Lynch, is serving his last week at the US bank.
