GLA prepares sterling debut
The Greater London Authority could launch a sterling benchmark as early as today (July 1) in the first debut Eurobond from a UK sub-sovereign since the government raised the cost of finance last year. The borrower this week met investors to discuss a transaction that will likely have an amortising structure with a weighted average life of about 20 years.
