Sharaco signs SR241.9m Islamic loan for housing project
Sharaco will put SR218.9m of the proceeds from the murabaha (financing) facility towards financing the third phase of its Future Homes project in the city’s diplomatic quarter. Sharaco will repay this amount in seven annual instalments that begin three years from the date of the first withdrawal.
