JPM To Pay USD153.6 Mln To Settle SEC Synth CDO Charges

JPMorgan Securities has agreed to pay USD153.6 million to settle charges by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it misled investors in a synthetic collateralized debt obligation, just as the housing market was beginning to collapse.
