Trio of French agencies offer mixed bag in volatile week
Three French agencies attempted deals this week with mixed results. Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) both postponed deals on Tuesday in response to deteriorating market conditions. But on Wednesday, Oseo came to the market with a domestically-targeted deal which finally allowed the country’s borrowers to chalk up a confirmed kill.
